Schored Projects's Morning Tea for Culture
Story
Hi!
I have decided to host a morning tea to raise money for a cause that is close to my heart - Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency - VACCA. Please support my efforts by making a secure online donation and by posting a message of support.
VACCA supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children who are in foster care, kinship and residential care and vulnerable families in our community. Funds raised will help support VACCA's healing and protective cultural programs and VACCA's ongoing efforts to support families during these difficult times.
Any amount you give will help reach my total and go to a great cause helping vulnerable Aboriginal people in our community.
Your support of VACCA's cultural programs like the ones below, but any amount can help for instance:
$25 can pay for art materials for a young person in care or leaving care to connect to our workers and art mentors in the community and develop skills to make exhibit and sell their art.
$50 can support an Aboriginal girl in care participate in the Koorie Tiddas Choir, learning songs in language, building confidence and social skills.
$100 can help a child in care attend our Cultural Camps, helping them learn more about their Aboriginal heritage and gain leadership skills and a sense of belonging in community.
A tax-deductible receipt will be automatically emailed. You can opt in to hearing more from VACCA and the great work they do or choose to donate anonymously.
Funds will be passed on directly to VACCA. Your amount will help me reach my goal and I am so appreciative of your support.
Thank you!
